Terms and conditions

1. RESERVATION
All reservations are subject to availability. Guests must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation. Reservations can be made through our website. If there is an error in the confirmation or receipt, we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it and according to our amendment and cancellation policy. For any special request noted on your reservation we will do our best to accommodate these. These cannot be guaranteed unless they are confirmed in writing by us directly.
 

2. CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 16:00 PM. Early check-in from 14:00 PM is possible, 250 NOK will be charged.

3. PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit cards for payment. All payments are processed in Norwegian Krone (NOK). Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled and paid when guests leave the hotel.
 

4. USE OF ROOMS, SUITES AND APARTMENT
The rooms, suites and apartment are for the registered guests only. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Pets are allowed with a supplement fee and only if you have informed us prior to arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel buildings.
 

5. CANCELLATION
Cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged in full.
 

6. SECURITY AND SAFETY
Guests are responsible for maintaining the security of their keys and access to the hotel, rooms or suites. Guests are obliged to see our fire routines as specified in the hotel and familiarize the fire escape routes as shown on the main door in each room, suite and apartment.
 

7. HOUSE RULES
In each room, suite and apartment are specified hotel rules.
 

8. CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed at 10:30 AM on departure day. Any request for a late check-out must receive prior approval. A late check-out is possible, 250 NOK will be charged for this service.
 

9. LIABILITY
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. Guests may be held liable for damage to the hotel or its contents during their stay.

10. PRIVACY
The guest's personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and guests are responsible for reviewing them periodically. We reserve the right to make interim price changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. By using our apartment hotel services and completing the digital guest journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
